I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. London and her nurse Shelby ! They are so kind and considerate. We are first time parents and sometimes feel like we are failing and they give us reassurance everytime! The front office staff is so kind as well! We love Dr. London!! My husband and I agree that she is the best medical provider either of us have ever seen. She takes her time with us and gives the most helpful, practical advice that has improved our day to day lives with a newborn. She makes us feel heard, validated and never judged. We recently had a rash outbreak that looked severe for our 2 week old. The nurses ran tests and labs and told us to go to childrens to be safe. After a few days at childrens all tests came back negative. Long story short the doctors at Children’s said “whatever pediatrician you use, keep using them. As the person who runs the Trussville Moms group, I hear a lot about local pediatricians — and I can confidently say Springville Pediatrics absolutely lives up to the hype. Both of my boys had their first visit there yesterday, and I can’t say enough good things! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. The front desk team greeted us warmly and had us checked in within minutes (doing the paperwork online ahead of time was such a lifesaver — no juggling clipboards while keeping two kids entertained!). The waiting area was bright, spotless, and had plenty of books and toys to keep both my 4-year-old and 15-month-old busy. We were called back almost immediately. The nurse was kind, efficient, and so gentle with both boys — it felt like they really knew how to make little ones comfortable. Dr. London came in just a few minutes later, and wow — she’s the real deal. I’ve heard so many glowing things about her from moms in the group (Springville Pediatrics even won “Favorite Pediatrician” in our annual poll — and they’re not even in town!), and now I see exactly why. She’s thorough, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took time to listen, explain, and make both boys feel at ease. She gave me great insight into my older son’s ADHD and offered some smart ideas for managing his medication schedule. And when I voiced a few worries about my toddler being “behind,” she reassured me he’s right on track. Scheduling was easy, parking was plentiful, and the location couldn’t be more convenient — right behind Walmart, so you can literally schedule a pickup after your appointment. They even booked both boys’ appointments back-to-back, which was genius — no waiting, just one smooth block of time with Dr. London. We also recently switched practices because I wanted a provider who supports parent's having a say in their child’s care, and Dr. London was completely understanding and respectful about our vaccine choices. I left feeling heard, supported, and confident that we’ve found the right fit for our family. I can’t say enough good things about this place! We have been going there for years and they have always been great. I took my daughter there 3 weeks ago and she saw Dr. Monica ( who we’ve always loved) & when we got to Walmart they told us my daughters medicine would be $300. It was after hours at that point, but I got in touch with Melissa and she got in touch with Dr.Monica who called in another prescription while I’m sure she was at home with her family. Now we went back this week and saw Melissa and Dr.Clayton and they were so great & personable! They are both a great addition to this practice. You can tell they really care. 💕

Miss Abby Dunn and her nurse Tiffany are the best. I’ve been going there since my 10 year old was 4. I recently had a baby, and we swapped to Miss Abby for both my girls. Every doctor/NP we have seen, have been phenomenal. You won’t go wrong with anyone you pick. Miss Abby and Miss Tiffany make you feel seen and heard! Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Dr. London is great and very good with listening to my concerns for my newborn. Tiffany eased my mind with the 2 month vaccinations and offered to split them so we can monitor baby girl in case she has a reaction. I have used Springville Peds for both of my kids since they were born. Everyone in the office is welcoming and helpful the minute you walk through the doors. We see Mrs. Monica and my kids LOVE her. Additionally, we have seen multiple other providers as well and have never been disappointed. Everyone at Springville Peds goes above and beyond for every child they see. Many times, I have called the office with simple questions and other times, I’ve had more emergent questions; yet, I have always received immediate answers and positive reassurance from the staff. Springville Pediatric is hands down the absolute best place to take care of my babies. My kids are treated like family from the office staff to the nurse practitioners. The BEST there is in the business truly!!! Monica goes above and beyond. She truly cares about your baby and willing to help after hours in emergency cases. She is willing to help/discuss vaccine options for your baby. I could go on & on. The absolute best pediatric clinic! First let me say we live an hour away but they are the only ones I trust when it comes to my child’s health. I’ve seen almost all of the providers and each one of them take their time to exam and treat my child. I have been going to Springville Pediatrics since they opened in 2018. I have always been met with smiles and friendly faces at the front desk followed by excellent care by Monica Chadwick Squires and the nurses! My kids love Monica, and her staff have always made it to where they aren’t afraid. I’m so grateful for a doctor’s office that I can trust to have the best interest of my children. I wanted to give a shout-out to Dr London. I brought my daughter there yesterday, she was so sick and could not hold water down. Dr London ordered a x-ray and found the problem immediately. My kids adore her. The care we receive is just absolutely superb. I decided to switch my son from our local pediatrician in Etowah County to Springville Pediatrics due to the amazing things I’ve heard and being a non-vaccine friendly facility. (Our prior office wasn’t, and also wasn’t full of friendly staff like SP!) Totally do not mind the 40 minute drive they are that great. We had our first wellness visit today and let me tell you… this is the BEST place to bring your children hands down in my mind! So friendly, thorough, understanding, and not pushy in the least bit. They respect your wishes to do what you feel is best for YOUR child and support you in it. The nurse who gave my son the vaccines I was okay with him having, did great. Super quick and so sweet. We saw Dr. Griffin and he is awesome with babies. Kind, smart and personable. At the end of the visit they gave my son a shirt, a teether, and a cupcake even though he doesn’t eat sugar, the gesture was everything. I absolutely cannot recommend this Pediatrician enough. Friendly staff, great environment for the kids, and  awesome doctors who support your decisions. A total breath of fresh air compared to our last Pediatrician. My family travels so my daughter hadn’t seen a primary physician since she was 4, and I heard about this office and since they accepted Medicaid and were non-vaccine friendly, I had to try them. And I was not disappointed. Everyone was so friendly; esp the front desk girl and the girl who took us back to triage. Very clean, very quick. My daughter even got a free shirt for her first visit. They were very understanding and patient with her bc she was super nervous. And she got a perfect bill of health. It’s hard to find an office who isn’t judgemental or pushy when it comes to things you don’t want, but I didn’t feel out of place at all. I highly recommend!

Love love LOVE Springville Pediatrics. We refuse to use anyone in Etowah county. SEVERAL mom’s referred us to them and I do not regret it one bit. They are AMAZING. So kind and understanding to our whole family (5 kids). They listen to all concerns!! I even referred my best friend & her kids also goes here. Truly grateful for Springville Peds. We have loved Springville Peds. The clinic is so nice and clean and the staff is very sweet. We have a two-month old baby and they have been so helpful with our many questions as first time parents and helping with quick solutions for our son. They also offer telemed for non-urgent concerns. We have been with Springville Pediatrics for 2 years, we have seen all three doctors and super impressed with the staffing they pride themselves in! Our primary doctor is Monica and she is a God send! As a first time mother she has thoroughly explained everything without hesitation! Each doctor has their own personal nurse (ours is Carmen, who we adore! She loves with her whole heart and is always willing to help!) that helps with making things run so smoothly! Every staff member is amazing and so very loving! WE LOVE Springeville pediatrics. We switch over when my tiny one was 6 months and have been there ever since . Currently expecting a new baby and we will chose them as well. They are amazing . Inside and out ! If you’re looking for somewhere you don’t wait long , can get same day appointments, have a wonderful staff that even remembers your child by name ! This is the place to go. The absolute best Pediatrics office in the area!! When my little girl had jaundice Dr.Griffin took it upon himself to call us with the results after hours on a Friday night. We have been patients here since they first opened and we love this office! We first started seeing Mrs. Monica in Birmingham when she worked for another office and we followed her to SP. BEST PEDIATRICIAN HANDS DOWN! The staff is so nice, always professional and will go above and beyond to make you feel like they care and like you are family! Mrs. Monica is our pediatrician and we love her! My child will not see another doctor because she doesn’t just treat us like patients and shoot us out of the door! She helps us every time and every single way that she can! I highly recommend if you are in the area or surrounding city that you give them a visit and get your child the best care! Baxley loves his doc & even notices her & jumps into her arms when we run into her at Tj Max 🤪 They all show they care about each patients well being & always make us feel so welcome. They also always know mine as well as my son by name every time we walk in the door! They are the best!  From someone with a special needs child, you couldn't ask for a practice with a bigger heart! We had our well visits for back to school a year ago and this was our first appointment since switching to SP. We have four kids, two boys 11 & 8 and 5 year nonverbal autistic twins. I left in tears...HAPPY tears.  This was the first time I’ve left a doc office with the girls and not been mentally and physically drained and my anxiety through the roof. Monica at Springville Pediatrics was AMAZING! She took so much time asking about the girls and how they could make their future visits easier for them. This was the first time I didn’t have to physically restrain my girls just to have their ears looked into. And for the first time a doctor listen to me, I walked away not feeling like just a number. When people ask me about my experience I can’t help but get emotional because they are so genuine and really do care about you and your kiddos. Wonderful and friendly doctors and staff! Very welcoming and remember you by name! We usually see either Monica or Molly and we love them both! My children were patients at Ft Payne Pediatrics. I moved them to Springville Pediatrics when it opened so that we could continue to see Monica Chadwick Squires, CPNP. I can not say enough good things about Monica and her staff. You will not find a more caring provider that will truly treat each child individually and advocate for their best interests and health like Monica does. If you are looking for a new pediatrician or a CPNP at a place where you can actually build a relationship between patient and doctor, this is the place. We LOVE springville peadiatrics staff. They are always so kind. We see Mrs. Molly and absolutely love that she takes her time with her patients and doesn't rush. Everyone is so kind and friendly when you are there. They truly care about my child. Very knowledgeable on breastfeeding and baby led weaning. They don't push things on you as a parent and respect your wishes for your child. Will be staying at this office as long as it's opened. And cannot wait to take our new baby to then come October!!!
